Sparke Helmore is pleased to announce that we have been recognised as the Law Firm of the Year for Occupational Health and Safety Law in Australia in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers. This award is a singular honour conferred upon just one firm in Australia for the practice area each year. This is the third time Sparke Helmore has achieved this accolade!

Our national Workplace practice is led by 14 Partners and bolstered by a team of 45 lawyers and support staff across nine offices. Catherine Wilkinson, Workplace Practice Group Leader, said 'We work collaboratively as a team, with clients at the centre of everything we do. In addition, Sparke Helmore had 63 lawyers included in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers and 23 lawyers included in the Ones to Watch in Australia. A full list of lawyers that made the cut was published in print on Friday in the Australian Financial Review.
