Sparke Helmore recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality
26-March-2026Sparke Helmore has once again been recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation awarded by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). The citation recognition covers the period 2026 – 2028.
Sparke Helmore is one of 139 employers, and 12 law firms, to receive the citation which is a voluntary leading practice recognition program. It is designed to encourage, recognise and promote active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces through the constant review and improvement of our policies, practices and initiatives.
The citation measures and holds us accountable against three standards of assessment:
Standard 1: Policy and Education
Standard 2: Continuous Improvement
Standard 3: Employee Experience
