Sparke Helmore Lawyers is pleased to announce Simon Lewis has joined the firm’s Projects & Government Commercial team as a Partner.

Simon is an experienced corporate and commercial adviser with a focus on government and insurance clients. Simon commenced his career in private practice and has over 20 years’ experience working with public and private sector clients on transaction and advisory engagements, in Australia and the UK.

Simon was most recently a Senior Executive Lawyer at Australian Government Solicitor within the Attorney-General’s Department, advising Commonwealth agencies and corporate entities on significant projects, procurements and governance matters. As an adviser and a senior official, Simon developed a detailed understanding of the inner workings of government.

Simon will be based in our Sydney office.
