Sparke Helmore congratulates Sam Jackson, who has been promoted to Partner.

Sam joined Sparke Helmore in 2015 and has been an outstanding member of the Workplace team for the last five years. With a focus on helping his clients manage workplace risks, critical incidents, regulatory investigations, prosecutions and employment and industrial relations disputes, Sam is extremely well regarded by his clients and in the market.

Sam is an active media commentator on workplace health and safety and also recently featured in the Law Institute Journal in an article around lawyers breaking the barriers.  Sam is committed to equality, inclusion and access to justice for all, and volunteers each week at the St Kilda Legal Service.
