Congratulations to Michelle Taylor, Partner in our Brisbane office who has been recognised as a Best Lawyers “2023 Lawyer of the Year” in Shipping and Maritime Law (Brisbane).

Michelle is an internationally recognised litigator with 25 years’ experience in maritime and transport law and has advised on some of the most significant Australian and international maritime incidents.   She also has specialist experience in all areas of transport insurance claims and transport regulatory compliance, including in the rail, port and maritime sectors.  

Michelle is the current President of Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ).
