Our privacy team

Sparke Helmore offers a highly experienced and cohesive national team of specialist Privacy practitioners who deliver privacy-related advice and support to clients. We provide specialised advice on all privacy related Commonwealth and state/territory legislation, such as the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as well as guiding clients through Privacy Threshold Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments, data breaches, complaints and regulator investigations, for example from the OAIC.

Our team also routinely conducts training on privacy issues for internal client teams and external clients, as well as preparing privacy related guidance documents, articles and FAQs.
