Quality and consistency through collaboration

2022 was a big year for Sparke Helmore's Graduate Talent Acquisition team, seeing the recruitment of our largest ever intake of Graduates across the firm. What better way to celebrate this with the wonderful news that we have been voted No 1 for Workplace Culture and No 2 for overall Graduate Satisfaction in the GradAustralia Awards, with strong Top 10 placings in several other very important categories.

GradAustralia recently launched the ‘best workplace’ rankings to help students find the best graduate roles in Australia.  Here's what it looked like for Sparke Helmore:

Culture

Pro Bono

“The firm's commitment to pro bono is ever present. The firm has so many pro bono projects and initiatives, such as a wills clinic drafting wills for Indigenous Australians. Sparkes works with Legal Centres around the state and takes on individual pro bono cases. I have already worked on three - an insurance issue due to COVID, a fraudulent transfer of property, and a fraudulent contract.”
