Merryn has worked for many years across brand, marketing and communications. She spent 18 years based in London working for various legal and accounting firms, before returning to Australia in 2008 to continue her career in professional services.

We are pleased to announce that Partner, Yvette McLaughlin has been recognised as a Leading Public & Product Liability Lawyer (Defendant), Queensland in the recent 2024 Doyle’s Guide.

Yvette is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and advises clients on complex and sensitive workers’ compensation claims and public liability claims, personal injury claims, property recovery claims, multiple party actions, indemnity and quantum issues, scheme-sensitive matters and complex litigation. She acts in matters under the Queensland WorkCover, PIPA and CTP regimes, and advises clients on claims proceedings and civil liability legislation.
