Quality and consistency through collaboration

We are delighted to share that Catherine Wilkinson, our National Workplace Practice Group leader and member of Sparke Helmore’s Executive Committee, is among a select group of female leaders named in the inaugural Australasian Lawyer’s inaugural Elite Women 2021 report.

While there has been significant progress in improving gender representation, there is still a push for greater gender diversity and equality in workplaces across the nation. The Elite Women list recognises the exceptional work of women in law and celebrates the women who are paving the way for future generations.

In learning of this news Catherine says, “I’m honoured to be recognised in this report and humbled to be among such an exceptional group of lawyers on the list. Thank you to Australasian Lawyer for highlighting the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion within our profession.”

Catherine is known for her commitment to mentoring and supporting the growth and progression of women in their careers within the firm, and in the legal profession.
