Our specialist marine insurance team is here to support you and is fully versed in all the drivers, pressures and domestic and international regulatory requirements particular to the maritime sector. We have specific experience in all classes of claims, including hull and machinery, P&I, liability, FD&D, freight and cargo. We act for marine insurers in the Australian and London markets as well as shipowners, operators, agents, charterers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders, logistics and transport companies.

With exceptional skills in marine insurance, our team is at the forefront of advising on coverage and drafting insurance policy wordings for the Australian and London markets and is a lead firm on a number of maritime panels for major insurers. Our team has provided advice to the Insurance Council of Australia on marine insurance issues.
