Kylie takes a pragmatic and people-focused approach when advising on employment contracts, workplace disputes and investigations, performance and conduct matters, discrimination and bullying claims, policies and procedures, and organisational change management.

Qualifications
Kylie has a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology), and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Wollongong.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Kylie worked in general legal practice and consulting, as well as with several NSW Government agencies. Her experience conducting complex workplace investigations and reviews inspired her to specialise in employment law.
Life outside of Sparkes
Kylie loves animals and exploring nature. She enjoys scuba diving, trail walking and snowboarding and shares her passion for music by DJing and supporting local bands.
