Congratulations to Kelly Matheson from our Government Public & Regulatory team, who has been promoted to Partner.

Kelly is an experienced government lawyer specialising in privacy and secrecy law. She regularly prepares privacy impact assessments in relation to the design and implementation of complex digital projects. Kelly also assists both domestic and international clients respond to data breaches and advises on privacy governance issues.

Kelly is based in Canberra and her promotion is effective from 1 July 2025.
