We are one of only a handful of law firms nationally to have received this recognition since 2004. We were also a finalist in the HR Awards Employer of Choice (more than 500 employees) category in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. Strong referral baseOur staff are happy to refer the Firm as an employer to their colleagues, friends and even family members and we attract a large number of our new recruits every year through our spotters referral programs. The journey continuesOf course, we don't think we are perfect, and we still have work to do! To ensure we have regular feedback on opportunities for improvement, we conduct "commencement research" with all new employees and conduct two Firm-wide employee surveys each year. |
