Just as we have a vision for the way we work with clients, we have a clear vision for the type of workplace we want. In summary, our vision is to be a recognised employer of choice in the legal profession and have a culture with a "spark" where people:

Strong referral base

Our staff are happy to refer the Firm as an employer to their colleagues, friends and even family members and we attract a large number of our new recruits every year through our spotters referral programs.

The journey continues

Of course, we don't think we are perfect, and we still have work to do! To ensure we have regular feedback on opportunities for improvement, we conduct "commencement research" with all new employees and conduct two Firm-wide employee surveys each year.
