I coordinate all the training seminars, organise and participate in the orientation of all new starters and also support the development of current employees. I have been challenged every day and as a result, I've ended up somewhere that I never thought was possible.

I have built my confidence and because of that, I feel like I am capable of anything that I am given to do.
