Not only have I had the assistance of the Partners I work with when I have needed it, I have a formal 'coach' allocated to me from my team.

They touch base with me regularly to ask how I'm going and they give me suggestions on how to approach matters. As my experience has increased, the complexity of my work and responsibilities has also increased, but I have never felt left in the lurch.
