This has been my experience with everyone at Sparkes from partners to junior lawyers and in my view this environment is essential for the development of any young lawyer.

While on the rotation program, I have gained exposure to some high quality clients and have never been just stuck in a corner at the photocopier. The variety of work is both challenging and rewarding. There are also great opportunities to get involved in activities beyond the legal work as well like sporting groups, social events and charity fundraisers. It is the culture of Sparkes that makes the difference and is why I can see myself having a long career here."
