Quality and consistency through collaboration

Dive In is a global movement in the insurance sector to support the development of inclusive workplace cultures. Its mission is to enable people to achieve their potential by raising awareness of the business case and promoting positive action for diversity in all its forms.

Dive In 2022 runs from 27 to 29 September with a theme of #BraverCultures, aimed at opening up the conversation on how to build a workspace that truly allowed people to feel psychologically safe, valued, respected and free to express themselves authentically.

Sparke Helmore will once again be part of Dive in, partnering with Zurich to present a session about “Invisible Women”.    The premise of the event is that over the last 2 ½ years we’ve seen a dramatic shift in our workplace cultures, with organisations offering more flexibility and various ways of working.  However, women’s participation in the workforce has declined since the pandemic.   Gillian Davidson will be part of a panel discussing what brave actions are needed to be taken by leaders and change agents to bring women back into the workforce and help them thrive.

Registration for Dive In opens on 9 August! If you would like to attend any of the virtual events on the Dive In calendar, including the Zurich/Sparke Helmore event, you will need to first register via the Dive In website and then secondly register for your chosen event.
