Sparke Helmore Lawyers is pleased to announce Kylie Wilson has joined the firm’s Corporate & Commercial team as a partner.

Kylie is a highly-regarded lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution as well as litigation.  With expertise across agribusiness, structuring and asset protection, succession planning and estate administration and litigation, she specialises in family business dispute resolution and intergenerational wealth transition planning.

Kylie is an SMSF Specialist Accredited Adviser and a Family Business Australia Accredited Adviser and has been recognised in Best Lawyers Australia for Wealth Management/Succession Planning. She is also a member of the SMSF Association, Tax Institute and Family Business Australia, regularly supporting these industry groups by speaking at workshops and conferences.
