Sparke Helmore Lawyers is pleased to announce Alice Chen has joined the firm’s Projects & Government Commercial team as a Partner.

Alice joins us from Norton Rose Fulbright. She is a renowned construction lawyer and specialises in construction contracts and procurement with a government focused client base.

Alice works on major infrastructure projects and provides her clients with whole of project support from strategic advice on structuring and project delivery, drafting and advising on tender documents and contracts, tender and procurement support, tender evaluation and negotiations, and finalisation of contracts through to support during contract administration.
