Tracy is an experienced practitioner specialising in civil litigation. She is skilled in resolving disputes through the use of alternative dispute resolution and advises on negotiation and settlement strategies.
What she does
Tracy specialises in public and product liability, property damage claims, general liability, large recovery claims, medical negligence, historical sexual abuse, general insurance and policy indemnity advice work.
Tracy has expertise in a variety of jurisdictions including civil, coronial and disciplinary and also other types of legal inquiries throughout Australia.
Tracy is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Who she works with
Tracy provides strategic advice and assistance to NSW Government departments and agencies, Australian and international insurers and re-insurers, Australian corporations, religious organisations, underwriting agencies and individuals.
Qualifications
Tracy has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Midwifery from the Western Sydney University.
Life before Sparkes
Tracy has spent over 20 years working in private practice and in-house, servicing clients in both insurance and government.
Life outside of Sparkes
Tracy is an avid scuba diver and relishes any opportunity to explore the underwater world. Tracy also likes land based activities including bushwalking, bird watching and travelling around Australia.
