Stephanie provides highly considered, strategic and practical advice to clients to achieve their desired outcomes. She ensures that any advice provided is defensible, legally sound, and well-reasoned. Stephanie regularly engages in alternative dispute resolution processes and solicitor-advocacy work and has successfully negotiated resolution in many matters before they proceed to hearing.
Stephanie has developed great working relationships with her existing clients and actively looks for ways to build her professional relationships further.

Stephanie has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Wollongong.
Life before Sparkes
Prior to joining Sparke Helmore, Stephanie participated in a two-year legal graduate program at the Administrative Review Tribunal in Sydney, which included working as a legal associate to the members of the Tribunal.
Life outside of Sparkes
Stephanie’s life outside of work primarily revolves around food. Eating, cooking, attending food festivals and talking about food. When Stephanie is not participating in some food related activity, she can be found playing tennis, bushwalking or whale watching in the South Coast with her fiancé.
