Simona is a Senior Associate in Sparke Helmore’s Construction team. She specialises in helping clients navigate complex construction and infrastructure matters with an emphasis on providing commercial and practical advice as well as implementing a collaborative approach to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
What she does
Simona advises and acts for clients across various industry sectors and in all stages of construction projects, with the main focus on contract preparation and negotiations, contractual advice, risk management and delivery. Simona works closely with both asset owners and contractors to provide tailored solutions whilst protecting commercial interests and supporting project success.
Who she works with
Simona acts for both public and private clients across a range of sectors including aged care, commercial and residential real estate developers and local councils as well as contractors and consultants.
Qualifications
Simona has a Bachelor of Communications and Law from Western Sydney University.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Simona worked at a range of notable firms, from boutique practices to national and international law firms, building broad experience across the industry.
