Rhys represents insurers in workers' compensation disputes, regularly appearing in the South Australian Employment Tribunal. He has expertise in claims management and settlement strategies which he utilises to achieve the best outcomes for his clients.

Qualifications

Rhys holds a Bachelor of International Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide.

Life before Sparkes

Rhys previously worked at an insurer, having moved to Adelaide from Alice Springs.

Life outside of Sparkes

Outside of work, Rhys is a recreational runner and owns a Corgi named Mango, who considers herself to be royalty.
