Levin brings a practical mindset to resolving and advising on workplace issues. He brings valuable insights from his experiences with a range of clients in the public and private sectors. Levin is acutely aware of the sensitive nature and reputational risks of workplace issues and works with clients to achieve practical results.
What he does
Levin advises and represents clients in all workplace and employment matters including unfair dismissals, general protections matters, discrimination and sexual harassment, workplace health and safety, underpayments and restraints of trade. He has extensive experience in handling workplace litigation and regularly appears in Federal and State courts and tribunals.

Levin works with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Qualifications
Levin has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
Life before Sparkes
Levin has worked exclusively in employment and industrial relations law since 2017. Prior to joining Sparke Helmore, he worked for a large government workplace regulator, where he handled significant large scale civil penalty litigations. He has also worked for a national employment law specialist firm. Levin was admitted to practice in 2018.
Life outside of Sparkes
Levin is a long-suffering Essendon supporter and spends much of his weekend watching AFL or cricket. He also enjoys cooking, travelling, and playing golf in his spare time.
