Jacqueline is a construction and infrastructure lawyer. She assists clients throughout all project phases, including tendering and procurement, contract negotiation, project delivery, contract claims and administration and dispute resolution.
What she does
Jacqueline advises clients on all aspects of construction and infrastructure matters. Her experience includes assisting clients with major projects and construction disputes across a variety of sectors, including transport, water, energy, resources and defence.
Who she works with
Jacqueline works with energy and resources companies, developers and major building and engineering contractors and across all levels of government.
Qualifications
Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) and a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
Life before Sparkes
Jacqueline joined Sparke Helmore as a paralegal in 2019 and has been steadily progressing in her career since then.
Life outside of Sparkes
During her downtime, Jacqueline enjoys doting on her dogs, practising ballet, yoga and Pilates. She balances all that activity with her passion for food.
