George has extensive experience in advising clients on business and commercial disputes, work health and safety, employment, insurance, and workers compensation. His work with clients includes both initiating and defending claims, as well as negotiating and mediating disputes.

George advises businesses, insurers, government, local government councils, NGO’s, Aboriginal organisations, in a range of industries.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics, Master of Business Administration, nationally accredited mediator, and Vincent Fairfax Fellow (Ethics in Leadership).
Life before Sparkes
George joins us from Roussos Legal Advisory, where he was the Managing Partner. Prior to this, he was a Partner at a well-known Darwin law firm for over 15 years.
Life outside of Sparkes
George enjoys swimming laps at Darwin local pools, alternating with run/walks along the Darwin foreshore. He would like to get back martial arts training. He enjoys studying and learning history, politics, and public policy. George enjoys mentoring younger professionals, teaching, and writing.
