Francois has worked in the legal industry for 20 years in the United Kingdom and Australia. He worked as an aviation lawyer in London for 10 years, defending international clients, and gaining exposure to high-profile work including major losses. Francois often instructed and led local lawyers across many jurisdictions. Francois enjoyed being seconded to British Airways’ legal department which gave him a fantastic insight into how a major international airline operates.
Life outside of Sparkes
Francois is a keen saxophonist and has played in many bands, writing music and playing gigs. On weekends, he travels around Melbourne watching his children play basketball. Francois enjoys cycling, scenic walks and golf, and loves travelling, experiencing different cultures and learning new languages.
