Cormac provides regulatory and administrative law advice and representation to Commonwealth departments and agencies. His work often involves complex advice on regulatory processes and decision-making, compliance and issues of statutory interpretation. Cormac also conducts solicitor advocacy in the Administrative Review Tribunal, the Federal Circuit and Family Court and Federal Court.

Qualifications
Cormac has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore’s graduate program in 2019, Cormac worked as a Consular Assistant at the Sydney Consulate General of a European country. He also worked as a Law Clerk at another commercial law firm in Sydney.
Life outside of Sparkes
Cormac is a sports enthusiast – whether it be following rugby and cricket closely, or trying his hand at a variety of sports himself.
