Caitlin is a litigator, specialising in administrative law. She regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court in judicial review proceedings as well as the Administrative Review Tribunal in merits review proceedings.

Caitlin represents Commonwealth agencies in merits and judicial review matters before the Administrative Review Tribunal, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court.

Qualifications
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Arts with an extended major in history. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Caitlin worked as an applicant lawyer at a Queensland criminal defence law firm, practicing in administrative law with a particular focus on migration and parole matters. She previously worked at Prisoners Legal Service.
Life outside of Sparkes
Caitlin loves spending time with her young family and finding ways to entertain her busy one year old and Great Dane. In her free time, she also enjoys learning to play the guitar and body step classes.
