Adam specialises in administrative law and has in-house government experience. He regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court in judicial review proceedings and the Administrative Review Tribunal in merits review proceedings.
What he does
Adam represents Commonwealth Government entities in matters involving statutory interpretation, merits review and judicial review in the Administrative Review Tribunal, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court. He is an experienced solicitor-advocate and regularly provides advice to his clients concerning the impact of court resolutions on Commonwealth Government operations and policies.

Qualifications
Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations from Bond University. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore in 2016, Adam was a Senior Legal Officer at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. He was responsible for managing many high profile litigation and coronial inquest matters. Adam was also a legal tutor at the University of Canberra.
Life outside of Sparkes
Adam enjoys his time outside the office by spending it with his young family. He continues to work on the fine balancing act of fitting in playing and watching soccer, spending time with friends and travelling in and outside of Australia.
