Ben Burke joins Sparke Helmore's Workplace team in Melbourne
05-June-2025We are pleased to announce that Ben Burke has joined our Workplace team as a Partner, effective 26 May 2025.
Ben has extensive experience of advising and representing clients on work health and safety, workplace relations, employment and litigation matters.
Ben’s expertise includes work health and safety investigations, defence of prosecutions, coronial inquests, inquiries and asbestos litigation.
Ben also advises clients on all aspects of employment, workplace relations and human resources law and practice. He represents clients in disputes in Federal, State and Territory courts and tribunals and the Fair Work Commission.
Ben represents clients in work health and safety and employment matters in many industry sectors, including renewable energy, aviation, defence, transport and logistics, rail, mining services, government, pharmaceutical, information technology, retail and manufacturing.
Ben has been recognised as a leading work health and safety and employment lawyer by Legal 500 and Doyle’s Guide.
