Not every mining project is straight up and down. Environmental challenges are commonplace and need to be handled with equal parts tenacity and tact. We deal with land access and compensation issues with owners and occupiers of land, handle competing land uses and overlapping tenures, negotiate water licensing and supply, gas sales and transportation contracts.

We also negotiate access and compensation agreements, offer dispute resolution and, where necessary, act in court proceedings and mediations.
