Premises & Facilities
The goal of the Premises and Facilities Group is to provide a range of services for the Firm to ensure all staff have what they need, when they need it, to meet the Firm's strategic and budget objectives.
This includes management of our national premises and ensuring all our facilities meet the needs of a growing Firm. Premises and Facilities is comprised of the following teams:
- Mail services- responsible for sending and receiving faxes, couriers, mail opening, sorting, distribution and sending and internal mail distribution;
- Office services - responsible for car parking, lighting, seminar setups, air-conditioning, tenancy faults, nameplates, stationery purchasing and delivery, office furniture and relocations;
- Catering - responsible for internal and external functions and events and boardroom functions;
- Reception - responsible for greeting clients, conference room bookings, switchboard, liaising with kitchen staff as to catering requirements; and
- Print room - responsible for photocopying, printing and binding.
