Sebastian’s work is defined by exceptional technical expertise, and commercial pragmatism driven by a thorough understanding of individual clients’ business drivers.
Sebastian works with NSW licensed CTP insurers. In the past, he has acted for interstate insurers, NSW workers compensation scheme agents, self-insureds, and icare in workers compensation claims.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Sebastian joined Sparkes from Curwoods Lawyers. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer acting for NSW workers compensation insurers and self-insureds, defending them against workers compensation and work injury damages claims, and prosecuting 151Z recovery actions on their behalf.
