Sarah is a government procurement specialist focusing on contracting, procurement and probity with extensive experience advising both State and Commonwealth departments and agencies.
Sarah provides legal and probity advice to State and Commonwealth departments and agencies on all aspects of major procurements. This includes advising on procurement strategies, tender and contract development, intellectual property, evaluations, negotiations and contract management. Sarah has a keen interest in providing probity advice.
Through several secondment opportunities, Sarah has gained a strong insight into the issues often faced by government clients as well as their operations, internal policies and decision-making processes.
Sarah works with government departments and agencies at various levels of government.
Sarah Has a Bachelor of Law from Deakin University. She also has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Australian National University.
Sarah joined Sparke Helmore while she was studying at university. She has extensive litigation and negotiation experience from her time in the Commercial Insurance practice group.
Sarah is an avid veggie gardener and one day hopes to live on a farm with a large veggie patch. She spends her weekends at the beach with her partner and their (very handsome) golden retriever.
