Natalie is a property lawyer in our Newcastle office. She advises clients on property, planning, water, native title and Crown land law.
Natalie advises on all facets of property transactions, including land acquisition and sales, land developments, leasing of land, land access and compensation arrangements, and acquisition of easements by compulsory acquisition and by landowner grant.
Natalie has extensive experience in Crown land issues, including native title and Aboriginal Land Claims. She also advises clients regarding water licensing requirements, water licence acquisitions and sales and water legislation compliance.
Natalie acts for property developers, energy providers, mining companies, local councils and landowners predominately in NSW.
Natalie has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws.
Natalie has been at Sparke Helmore for more than 10 years. She was previously a project accountant at a large mining company and worked as an insolvency accountant in Newcastle and in Canada.
Natalie enjoys keeping active with CrossFit and playing netball. She loves to spend her weekends outdoors with her family and friends.
