Kelly is an insurance litigator who advises clients on a broad range of public and product liability matters, particularly those involving complex liability and quantum issues, intentional torts and property damage.
Kelly advises insurers and self-insurers on litigated and non-litigated claims and disputes in a range of industries, including manufacturing, correctional services, construction, professional services, hospitality and sport. She regularly appears on behalf of clients in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, and Federal Court of Australia.
Kelly works with Australian and international insurers, brokers and self-insureds.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies, majoring in France).
Kelly has worked exclusively for Sydney-based national mid-tier firms, specialising in insurance law.
Kelly enjoys good coffee and good food, and considers online shopping a sport. On the weekends, she can be found in her local neighbourhood making friends with cavoodles and carbohydrates.
