Jennifer has a breadth of land management and development expertise from her roles in legal private practice in Sydney, Newcastle and New York City, as a NSW Government solicitor and global resources company in-house counsel, and as a non-legal commercial manager.
What she does
Jennifer assists clients to develop and implement strategies to secure commercial outcomes from the management and development of large land portfolios. These strategies reflect commercial objectives, security of capital investment and strengthening the client's reputation and relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, community and government. Conflicting interests can cause disputes and Jennifer is skilled in devising sensible commercial solutions to resolve these disputes.

Jennifer works with institutional land owners, including owners and operators of sea ports and air ports.

Life before Sparkes
Jennifer's experience includes working on several continents, including in corporate and government roles and on projects in developing countries. Before joining Sparkes, Jennifer managed one of NSW's largest land and mining titles portfolios for a major coal producer.
Life outside of Sparkes
Jennifer lives by the beach and her priorities are family and friends, social justice issues and creative writing and painting.
