Gina's career spans more than 15 years predominantly in the areas of work health and safety and criminal law. Her clients also benefit from her insights gained from her experience as a senior lawyer with Worksafe Victoria, the state's work health and safety regulator.
Gina advises on all aspects of work health and safety and criminal law across a range of sectors. Her expertise includes incident response and management and conducting the defence of prosecutions. She also advises clients on rights and obligations under the occupational health and safety legislation.
Gina works with general counsel, safety managers and HR managers in all types of matters involving safety. She has experience across a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, technical services, sport, transport and logistics, power and logging.
Gina has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania.
Before joining the firm in April 2015, Gina was a senior associate at K&L Gates and has previously worked at WorkSafe Victoria and Moray & Agnew.
Gina loves pulling on her riding boots and heading to the Yarra Valley every weekend to go horse-riding on 'her' beloved horse, George. She enjoys everything Melbourne has to offer, especially its food and fashion scenes and when time permits, spending time at the family shack on the East Coast of Tasmania, a favourite place for R&R.
