About Cheree

Cheree is a trusted litigation and dispute resolution specialist, who helps clients navigate disputes and achieve outcomes in their best interest—time and time again.

What she does

Whether commercial disputes, contested estates, bankruptcy and insolvency concerns or contract drafting and negotiation, Cheree is known for her full, frank and strategic advice, focussed on her clients’ needs and aims.

Cheree acts for clients in commercial disputes in all forms of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, arbitration and litigation. She has represented clients at all levels of NSW Courts and the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal as well as the Federal Court. Cheree has represented principles, builders and contractors in Security of Payment arbitrations.

In contested estate disputes Cheree has represented Executors defending family provision and testamentary capacity actions. She has acted on behalf of several charities and beneficiaries to preserve bequests and ensure Executors fulfil their duties with due diligence.

Cheree represents Liquidators and Trustees to pursue voidable transaction claims and has also defended individual and corporate clients from such claims. She acts on behalf of creditors to recover debts and institute bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings where necessary.

Cheree’s clients include large corporations, Government Departments, Local Councils, SMEs, and individuals.
