Beth is an experienced insurance litigator who specialises in public liability and property damage claims. She manages a variety of matters, including major and complex claims, recovery actions, litigated proceedings and claims for a number of Australian and international insurers and self-insured clients. She also defends professional indemnity claims including actions against building professionals.
Beth has experience across a number of jurisdictions, including in particular in Victoria, NSW and the ACT.
Beth works with a range of clients in various industry sectors, including shopping centres, real estate agents, small businesses, construction companies and other worksite occupiers, security companies, licensed establishments and self-insured clients.
Beth works with national and international insurers, brokers and intermediaries.
Beth has a Bachelor of Law (Hons)/Commerce from the University of Wollongong. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2011 and became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law in October 2016. She has also completed training with SIRA and the University of Sydney in the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment.
Before moving to Melbourne, Beth practised as an insurance law specialist in Sydney.
Beth is a keen reader with a particular soft spot for the Harry Potter series. She loves to travel, is partial to a nice bottle of champagne and enjoys baking and decorating cakes.
