Congratulations to Sparke Helmore's Intellectual Property team and its National Head, Shannon Platt, on their listings in the 2018 World Trademark Review's WTR 1000.
Once again, the team is ranked in the bronze category for "Enforcement and Litigation" and recommended for "Prosecution and Strategy", with the Guide noting the team is a "top choice for IP Australia proceedings...[and] superbly positioned to assist on issues surrounding generic top-level domains".
Shannon was also recognised in the silver category for "Enforcement and Litigation" and named in the "Individuals: transactions" list, being described as "the first choice for many companies. Operating at the vanguard of intellectual property, she is completely at home working with non-traditional rights".
"On behalf of our IP team, we're really pleased to be recognised among such great company by the Guide again," said Shannon. "I'm also very humbled to have been individually acknowledged by the Review."
