Sparke Helmore Lawyers is delighted to announce that Veronica Seeto and Ian Bennett were named winners in the government and the workplace relations, employment and safety categories, respectively, at the 2016 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards. The Awards were held last Friday at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney.

"Congratulations to Veronica and Ian for winning their categories at this year's 30 Under 30 Awards. These awards are a testament to both Veronica and Ian's tireless efforts and deep commitment to their clients and teams," said Phillip Salem, Sparke Helmore's National Managing Partner.

"It was a real honour to be nominated with so many great young lawyers. To be selected as a winner is humbling and quite surreal," said Ian. "I am really grateful for all of my colleagues at Sparke Helmore who through their amazing knowledge, support and friendship have undeniably helped me achieve this award."

When speaking about her win, Veronica said: "I'm absolutely delighted to receive this award. It's an amazing feeling to have your work recognised and it couldn't have happened without the wonderful support I receive from my team and clients."

Now in its fourth year, the 30 Under 30 Awards aim to profile the leaders of tomorrow by recognising young lawyers striving for professional excellence within their specific practice areas. Nominees were judged on their achievements, initiatives and leadership within their teams and the wider community in the past 12 months.
