Quality and consistency through collaboration

Sparke Helmore Lawyers welcomes new Corporate & Commercial Partner, Catie Moore, who joins the Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team in Melbourne.

Corporate & Commercial Practice Group Leader, Shannon Platt, said: "Catie is an exceptional lawyer and will be a great asset to our firm and clients. It is also a significant step in our strategic plan to have a permanent presence for the practice group in Melbourne."

Catie brings 20 years' experience advising on corporate and commercial matters for the transport, energy and infrastructure sectors, having worked at top tier firms Herbert Smith Freehills, King & Wood Mallesons, Blake Dawson and, most recently, K&L Gates and Davis Advisory. In particular, she advises the public and private sectors on large construction, procurement and outsourcing projects, including those delivered as public private partnerships, and on M&A and capital raising transactions.
