Sparke Helmore Lawyers is proud to release a video aimed at potential applicants for its Graduate program. The video features four recent graduates, Senior Associate James Clohesy, and Partners Belinda Michalk and Matthew Hawker, who have both been with the firm since they were graduates, more than 10 years ago.

The video puts the firm's best foot forward, highlighting the many unique opportunities available to its graduates, including legal work from day one, mentoring and networking programs, pro bono matters and extensive training and development.

National Managing Partner Phillip Salem said: "Graduates are key to the success of our business—they help us stay relevant. They are the future leaders of our firm and without them, we are not an organisation that's growing and developing."

Talent Acquisition Manager Nicole Garrett added: "Applications for our 2019 Sydney Graduate Program are now open. We are interested in talking to enthusiastic, commercially savvy, down-to-earth all-rounders who align with our culture and values. Our aim is to give our graduates the best start to their legal careers and look forward to helping you start your journey. We encourage potential applicants to keep an eye our Careers page for opportunities in our other offices."

If you're thinking about applying, head to the Graduate page on the website.
