Sparke Helmore Lawyers is pleased to welcome Jonathan Doy as Principal, Corporate & Consulting Services, today. He will provide tax advisory and strategic business consulting as part of the firm's allied services.

National Managing Partner Phillip Salem said, "A key element of Sparke Helmore's firm strategy is to expand our range of service offerings into areas that are closely aligned with our current core legal offerings. Tax advisory and strategic business consulting are services that many of our clients require alongside their legal needs, so developing this capability is an obvious area of growth for the firm. This is a significant appointment in our allied services venture and I'm looking forward to working with Jonathan."

Jonathan, who was a Senior Partner with accounting firm Crowe Horwath and before that with PwC, has worked with leading local and international companies across all major industries with a primary focus on indirect tax implications of transactions and Australian Taxation Office compliance interactions and disputes. He is recognised as a holistic provider of strategic advice to clients covering all aspects of their business needs.
