Sparke Helmore Lawyers is pleased to welcome Jonathan Doy as Principal, Corporate & Consulting Services, today. He will provide tax advisory and strategic business consulting as part of the firm's allied services.

Jonathan, who was a Senior Partner with accounting firm Crowe Horwath and before that with PwC, has worked with leading local and international companies across all major industries with a primary focus on indirect tax implications of transactions and Australian Taxation Office compliance interactions and disputes. He is recognised as a holistic provider of strategic advice to clients covering all aspects of their business needs.
