Chris Drury has joined Sparke Helmore's national Environment and Planning team as Partner, based in the Firm's Sydney office.
Chris, formerly with DLA Phillips Fox, has over 30 years' specialist experience in local government, planning and environment law and compulsory acquisitions. He regularly appears as an advocate in the Land and Environment Court and acts for various State and local government authorities.
Peter Marincowitz has also joined the Firm’s Environment and Planning team from DLA Phillips Fox, as Special Counsel.
The appointments expand Sparke Helmore's Environment and Planning capability to 10 lawyers including two Partners nationally.
