Litigation Support
Technology Solutions utilises innovative and customised databases to provide online management of large scale litigation and electronic discovery. This replaces the need for large amounts of hard copy documents and is the most efficient way to conduct large commercial litigation.
The prolific growth in electronic documents has resulted in an enormous amount of electronic data to discover in many litigation cases. The review of electronic documents and emails can be very time consuming and costly for clients.
Technology Solutions provides software solutions that enable the discovery process to be more efficiently managed. This includes the use of programs to identify relevant electronic documents including emails, eliminating duplicate documents and allowing full text searching of relevant data across every email and attachment.
Our databases contain both images of documents and accompanying data. In addition to preparing the discovery process, the databases are also used in the collation of evidence and general preparation for the hearing. The databases may also contain witness statements (hyperlinked to documents in the database), transcripts and other information.
All information in the database is secure, can be viewed by the internet, and can be searched for easy retrieval of information.
Electronic Courtroom Support
Technology Solutions organises and supports the necessary IT equipment for electronic trials, including hardware, software, networking and internet connections within courtrooms or inquiries. We can arrange for live transcript feeds from electronic court rooms to our office or other premises.
Virtual Data Rooms
Technology Solutions offer a virtual data room where, as a vendor, multiple parties have secure 24-hour access to documents via the Internet. This is ideal for parties, as purchasers, who may be in various geographical locations with different time zones or simply away from the office.
