What are the dates of the clerkship? Will I have a break over Christmas?The NSW Summer Clerkship is a total of 8 weeks (4 weeks x 2 practice groups) with a 2-3 week break around Christmas. You will then go into your second practice group mid Jan, finishing mid Feb. What graduate opportunities are there at Sparke Helmore?Graduate offers are made within two weeks of the Clerkship ending and we accept and consider candidates who have not been Summer Clerks at Sparkes through our official Graduate Recruitment Program as well as on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
