We have developed relationships with preferred agencies that follow best practice procedures, understand the needs and culture of our business and only refer suitable candidates to the recruitment team.

We have a Firm briefing with our preferred agencies at least once a year to provide an update of what's happening in the firm and our recruitment needs going forward.

Registering candidates

Whilst we develop and maintain relationships face to face, we manage both our direct and agency candidates through our Sparke Helmore Job Board. As an employment agency, you are able to apply on behalf of candidates using this job board.

We are only able to accept candidates via our Sparke Helmore Job Board and do not accept applications sent directly to the Consultant's email address.

This system ensures that:

There is an accurate record of agency referrals;
There is a single reference point for all referrals facilitating prompt feedback and progression of candidates through to interview where appropriate.

Once you are registered to use the job board you are able to:

View candidates you have submitted and reveal candidate details when required
View specific requests from Sparke Helmore regarding the submission of applications by your agency
